Welcome to YiaYias Little Kitchen. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at yiayiaslittlekitchen.co.uk and any orders placed for food, delivery, or private dining and catering services through it. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

  • Orders may be placed online through our website for collection or delivery, subject to availability and our current opening hours and order cut-off times.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide (contact details, delivery address, order items) are accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order within the requested timeframe. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
  • A contract is formed between you and YiaYias Little Kitchen once we confirm acceptance of your order (by email or on-screen confirmation).

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken securely online at the time of ordering via our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
  • Delivery charges (where applicable) and any legally required charges (such as the Scottish single-use carrier bag charge) will be shown separately at checkout.

4. Delivery and Collection

  • Estimated delivery and collection times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Times may vary due to demand, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive your order at the requested time. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details or your unavailability.
  • Risk in the goods (responsibility for the food) passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided or collected from our premises.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel an order free of charge before we begin preparing it. Once preparation has started, we may be unable to offer a refund, as food is a perishable item made to order.
  • If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
  • If you receive an order that is incorrect, incomplete, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yiayiaslittlekitchen.co.uk or 07476 705816 so we can put things right, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Allergens and Dietary Information

  • We handle a variety of ingredients, including common allergens (such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and sesame), in our kitchen. While we take care to provide accurate allergen information on request, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of any allergen due to the shared kitchen environment.
  • If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us directly before ordering so we can advise you. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

7. Our Liability

  • We provide our website and food ordering service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from any order, and our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.
